01 Sep One University Place of Iowa City receives LEED Certification status
Last month our development in Iowa City, One University Place, received LEED Certification for LEED BD+C: New Construction. Located at 1300 Melrose Avenue in Iowa City, the site is just four blocks from Kinnick Stadium and the University of Iowa Hospital. The new construction project was completed in 2016 and appraised at $39 million. The development includes 104 luxury condominiums, 15,000 square feet of commercial space, underground parking, and full concierge service.
We are committed to increased energy efficiency and sustainability for all of our projects. The entire project features state-of-the-art amenities and is a highly sustainable building, which includes Solar (PV) Panels.
