About This Project
BACKSTORY
One University Place is new construction developed on the site of the former St. Andrew’s Episcopal Parish. This project was developed in two phases. Located four blocks from Kinnick Stadium and the University of Iowa Hospital and adjacent to Finkbine Golf Course, One University Place provides luxury living in the heart of downtown University Heights.
DESCRIPTION
The south building was completed in the summer of 2016 and includes 24 luxury condos with underground parking. The building also includes 15,000 square feet of boutique retail and commercial space. The north building was completed in the summer of 2017 and includes an additional 80 luxury condos with underground parking and full concierge service. The entire project features state-of-the-art amenities and is a highly sustainable building, which includes Solar (PV) Panels. This is a LEED-certified building.
